Teachers Coaching

We believe teachers are the soul of the school and the quality of teachers decide the quality of education. QUATE is our specially designed teacher-motivation and coaching program, aimed to free teachers from Rote-Education-Systems, to transform their self-learning and self-esteem, and to help them go beyond being mere transmitters of data and information. Each conductor of the program is a member of the ORE team, trained extensively by the Raghavans.

Home Schooling (PAL)

Following the example of the Raghavans effectively developing QuadSeek with their daughter Nirupama , we believe that parent-aided learning can be just as effective as school-learning. Home-schooling is also a great way for parents and children to develop stronger and more enriching bonds, and family values. Our PAL program thereby extensively teaches parents how to implement QuadSeek method at home.

HAAS (Home Schooling as a service)

Our HAAS program is especially for parents that are too busy or not sufficiently confident or equipped to homeschool their children, though they prefer this method, due to the immense personalised and quality child development opportunities it promisess. Micasa innovated Homeschooling As A Service, where we help a few willing parents to join together and homeschool children. Micasa can help parents hire and coach teachers to teach their children at home and also to conduct an audit of the progress. With the right management and guidance, this can become as effective as any homeschooling program.
