Participation in sports can help build self-esteem and confidence, can motivate children to excel academically and can help build social skills.\n

Lumens School always makes an effort to enhance physical fitness of the children by practicing different physical activities on daily basis.\u00a0We believe that sports and studies go hand in hand, one is of no use without the other.\u00a0A positive team sport experience can have amazing emotional benefits.<\/p>\n
